Narrative:

#3 engine failed due to several complete stalls in moderate turbulence during transatlantic flight at FL350. Declared an emergency to gander radio and notified them and other aircraft that we were turning left of track and descending out of FL350 which was necessary due to aircraft weight at time of engine loss. Shortly after, gander radio returned to say ATC wanted us to maintain FL350. We notified them that we were unable to maintain FL350 and were descending to FL270 and requested clearance direct to yyt. Request was granted and we set course INS direct to yyt. Following completion of all checklists and emergency procedures, #3 engine was restarted and flight flew on to boston uneventfully.
