Narrative:
At 400 AGL on departure, aft cabin door annunciator illuminated. Completed climb checklist and abnormal procedures checklist for cabin door annunciator. Informed boston approach of our need to return and declared an emergency due to the necessity of landing above maximum gross landing weight. Passenger were briefed, a normal approach and landing was accomplished.
