Narrative:
No problems arose with this flight. Local competition submitted complaint to the local FAA. Complaint was flying in known icing. Sa for flight indicated no ice. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter states that WX reports had been reporting icing, however at time of launch, the conditions had changed locally. Flight was to an accident scene 8 mi from airport base. Completion with other company remains unresolved. FAA is investigating this event as well as harassment charges filed against competitor.

Title: 1 EMS HELI OPERATOR RPTED THAT ANOTHER EMS HELI OPERATOR FLEW INTO KNOWN ICING CONDITIONS. HARASSMENT CHARGES HAVE ALSO BEEN FILED. THERE IS TOUGH COMPETITION IN THE EMS BUSINESS IN ZZZ.
Narrative: NO PROBLEMS AROSE WITH THIS FLT. LCL COMPETITION SUBMITTED COMPLAINT TO THE LCL FAA. COMPLAINT WAS FLYING IN KNOWN ICING. SA FOR FLT INDICATED NO ICE. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATES THAT WX RPTS HAD BEEN RPTING ICING, HOWEVER AT TIME OF LAUNCH, THE CONDITIONS HAD CHANGED LOCALLY. FLT WAS TO AN ACCIDENT SCENE 8 MI FROM ARPT BASE. COMPLETION WITH OTHER COMPANY REMAINS UNRESOLVED. FAA IS INVESTIGATING THIS EVENT AS WELL AS HARASSMENT CHARGES FILED AGAINST COMPETITOR.
