Narrative:
We are having a problem in the lax airspace and procedures are being changed and the controllers are not being informed. Today, lax went to east confign due to WX. Lax approach had to call and tell our sector 20 controllers to handoff to the zuma sector, not the downey sector, as there had been an airspace change, and in the east confign the zuma sector took some of the downey sector airspace. This is the third airspace change in the last 3 to 6 months that has taken place without the controllers in ZLA area C being advised. In all 3 cases, the potential has been there for a major error, thus endangering the safety of our flying public. Natca is addressing it with our facility chief.
