Narrative:

While taking off on runway 27 danville airport, I noticed an fgt jet possibly 300 ft to my left, slightly lower approaching at about 45 degrees to my track. This all occurred between 1200 and 1400 ft MSL. (Field elevation at 8n8 is 510 ft MSL.) the jet passed behind we then made a right turn 90 degrees and exited the airport area at about a 45 degree angle to the 27/9 runway. The lcls on the ground described the track of the fgt after it passed behind me. The same day I spoke to a personal friend in the local GADO. He said he could do nothing. I spoke to a colonel at ft indianatown gap, PA. He was polite but has given me no explanation for this intrusion. Since this incident they have returned over the airport slightly higher (2000 ft MSL). Also, they did it before my experience on jan/xx/93.

Title: SMA ON INITIAL CLB AT NON TWR HAS NMAC WITH FGT MANEUVERING ALONGSIDE.

Narrative: WHILE TAKING OFF ON RWY 27 DANVILLE ARPT, I NOTICED AN FGT JET POSSIBLY 300 FT TO MY L, SLIGHTLY LOWER APCHING AT ABOUT 45 DEGS TO MY TRACK. THIS ALL OCCURRED BTWN 1200 AND 1400 FT MSL. (FIELD ELEVATION AT 8N8 IS 510 FT MSL.) THE JET PASSED BEHIND WE THEN MADE A R TURN 90 DEGS AND EXITED THE ARPT AREA AT ABOUT A 45 DEG ANGLE TO THE 27/9 RWY. THE LCLS ON THE GND DESCRIBED THE TRACK OF THE FGT AFTER IT PASSED BEHIND ME. THE SAME DAY I SPOKE TO A PERSONAL FRIEND IN THE LCL GADO. HE SAID HE COULD DO NOTHING. I SPOKE TO A COLONEL AT FT INDIANATOWN GAP, PA. HE WAS POLITE BUT HAS GIVEN ME NO EXPLANATION FOR THIS INTRUSION. SINCE THIS INCIDENT THEY HAVE RETURNED OVER THE ARPT SLIGHTLY HIGHER (2000 FT MSL). ALSO, THEY DID IT BEFORE MY EXPERIENCE ON JAN/XX/93.
