Narrative:
Dtw ATIS 124.55 is often unreadable and blocked by another facility on same frequency. Often need to listen to ATIS 4 or 5 times because critical information is being blocked. This is a busy phase of flight. ZOB is usually half way screwed up with delay vectors and speed changes. You really don't need a half-ass ATIS on top of that.

Narrative: DTW ATIS 124.55 IS OFTEN UNREADABLE AND BLOCKED BY ANOTHER FACILITY ON SAME FREQ. OFTEN NEED TO LISTEN TO ATIS 4 OR 5 TIMES BECAUSE CRITICAL INFO IS BEING BLOCKED. THIS IS A BUSY PHASE OF FLT. ZOB IS USUALLY HALF WAY SCREWED UP WITH DELAY VECTORS AND SPD CHANGES. YOU REALLY DON'T NEED A HALF-ASS ATIS ON TOP OF THAT.
