Narrative:

Flight was late departing msp due to center windshield change, and was disputed at FL250 due to 1 pack operation. Approximately 40 mi northwest of dtw, high pressure leak occurred in vicinity of center windshield. Requested clearance to 10000 ft but ZOB was only able to clear us to 14000 ft, so declared emergency and descended to 10000 ft after slowing aircraft to 250 KTS, donning oxygen masks and seating passenger and crew. Noise went away and it appeared we had had a window seal failure. Continued to cle at 250 KTS and landed uneventfully.
