Narrative:
Air carrier aircraft advised the controller he climbed due to TCASII advisory with traffic below him level at 6000 ft. There was a clearance deviation by the aircraft of 500 ft. Communication was initiated by air carrier aircraft but only after he had completed maneuvering. Separation was put into jeopardy because this aircraft very well could have climbed into another aircraft when he was already separated by legal separation.
