Narrative:
2 outside tires of right main gear truck ran off concrete taxiway onto asphalt causing damage to same tires and asphalt. No abnormalities were noticed by crew. Tire damage found at ramp parking area on walk around. Although reason not known, suspect combination of pilot looking left and same time strong wind from left (280/15) either stopped or blocked by other aircraft taking off from parallel runway. Nose of aircraft was on taxi line and suddenly moved right from unknown causes. Correcting back left resulted in keeping half the tires on concrete.

Title: WIND CAUSES WDB TO WXVANE ON TXWY RESULTING IN 2 TIRES LEAVING CONCRETE SURFACE.
Narrative: 2 OUTSIDE TIRES OF R MAIN GEAR TRUCK RAN OFF CONCRETE TXWY ONTO ASPHALT CAUSING DAMAGE TO SAME TIRES AND ASPHALT. NO ABNORMALITIES WERE NOTICED BY CREW. TIRE DAMAGE FOUND AT RAMP PARKING AREA ON WALK AROUND. ALTHOUGH REASON NOT KNOWN, SUSPECT COMBINATION OF PLT LOOKING L AND SAME TIME STRONG WIND FROM L (280/15) EITHER STOPPED OR BLOCKED BY OTHER ACFT TAKING OFF FROM PARALLEL RWY. NOSE OF ACFT WAS ON TAXI LINE AND SUDDENLY MOVED R FROM UNKNOWN CAUSES. CORRECTING BACK L RESULTED IN KEEPING HALF THE TIRES ON CONCRETE.
