Narrative:
Air carrier large transport reported to station operations in minneapolis that they had suffered a loss of a hydraulic system. The flight turned around and landed without permission of the dispatcher. Dispatcher was not notified until after the flight landed in minneapolis.

Title: AN ACR DISPATCHER RPTS THAT AN ACR LGT RETURNED AND LANDED WITH A HYD FAILURE. THE AIR CREW DID NOT GET THE PERMISSION OF THE DISPATCHER.
Narrative: ACR LGT RPTED TO STATION OPS IN MINNEAPOLIS THAT THEY HAD SUFFERED A LOSS OF A HYD SYS. THE FLT TURNED AROUND AND LANDED WITHOUT PERMISSION OF THE DISPATCHER. DISPATCHER WAS NOT NOTIFIED UNTIL AFTER THE FLT LANDED IN MINNEAPOLIS.
