Narrative:

During initial takeoff roll, the confign warning horn sounded. The flaps, trim, and speed brakes were checked and were in the correct position, but the warning horn continued. I elected to discontinue the takeoff. Speed was only 60 KTS. So the rejected takeoff function of the autobrake did not activate. After turning off the runway, trim was reset (near aft limit of green band), and flaps and speed brake were checked. The takeoff warning did not sound when tested. Brake cooling was checked and was not a factor, so I elected to takeoff without returning to the gate. The rest of the flight was uneventful.
