Narrative:
March/xx/93. Pilot X commercial hot air balloon. Launched balloon at XA10 am from an unincorporated area north of napa. Intended to transition napa from north to south. Midflt, when over town, winds became light and variable and/or calm. I climbed to 2700 ft in search of any advantageous winds with negative results. With passenger safety in mind, I went to roof top level until able to safely put down in the next available vacant lot or area. Result was a safe, controled, and gentle landing at XA30 am.
