I instructed small aircraft X to taxi into position on runway 19R and hold. I then cleared small aircraft X for takeoff. I instructed air carrier Y to taxi into position and hold on runway 19R because I misinterpreted the flight progress strip for small aircraft X. I instructed small aircraft X to turn right, heading 220 degrees. I then cleared air carrier Y for takeoff. I instructed small aircraft X to contact coast. I then cleared air carrier Y for takeoff. Coast put small aircraft X on heading 175 degrees. Air carrier Y was heading 190 degrees and asked if small aircraft X was turning left. Loss of separation.
