Narrative:
At 10 mi out from lee C. Fine memorial airport I asked ATC if there was any traffic between me and the airport. He said no traffic, but that there was an aircraft behind us, also inbound. We cancelled IFR and switched to unicom 122.8, it was so congested no one could talk at all. The field was in sight when we cancelled with no observed traffic we were on a 5 mi final for runway 21. After landing we turned off 2/3 down the runway only to notice a twin turboprop aircraft turning off at the intersection behind us! I think a congested unicom frequency contributed to this near miss.
