Narrative:

At cruise altitude noticed difference between actual load takeoff weight and flight plan takeoff gross weight. Actual load had 8000 pounds of ballast fuel that the flight plan plus dispatch release did not have. We consulted performance chart for landing, center of gravity, aircraft was within limits. We contacted dispatcher and load planner. We moved passenger from coach to first class seats. We continued to destination and landed.
