Narrative:
Aircraft was parked with nose chocks, gust lock in, and parking brake 'on.' passenger were disembarking when we (the crew) felt a large jolt. Captain went to rear of aircraft to find out what had happened. A large tug with a trailer full of bags had its left corner (nose) jammed into the left nacelle flap. There was a large tear in the flap and the metal around the point of impact was buckled. The captain immediately called operations. I remained with aircraft.
