Narrative:
Captain made a premeditated and reckless turn after takeoff. At 150 ft AGL, rolled into a 30 degree bank about 3/4 down the runway flying over terminal building and rolling wings level by 400 ft AGL. Company procedure precludes any turn after takeoff be delayed until 400 ft AGL except for terrain clearance. There was no reason at all for this deviation to standard procedure. Captain did not inform crew of his intentions to do said maneuver. Captain has a history of operating recklessly and deviating from standard procedure. Crew let captain know their displeasure with him.
