Narrative:
When filing IFR to an airport under part 135 my interpretation is that we cannot file to an airport unless the airport of intended landing has WX reporting. Although it was VFR the captain insisted that we could file because it was VFR. Because it is not spelled out in the regulations if we could or couldn't file there, I asked my company if we could. He said it was company policy not to. The regulations should be more specific on such part 135 regulations.
