Narrative:
In flare in gusty conditions, engine at idle, at stall speed. Shear and stall caused loss of lift. Hard landing. Executed go around. Second landing uneventful. Cursory examination of gear unremarkable. Fueled, fed, took off again. Flight afterward (3 hours) uneventful. On arrival to final destination, noted propeller tips bent. Solution -- more airspeed with wind/gusts. Better preflight after fuel stops.
