Narrative:
Flight was from N14 (flying west), nj, to mht, nh. After landing tower requested I call bdl, ct. Bdl claimed I violated their arsa and said I was at 3600 ft, 1 mi was of field. I thought I was further west, clear of arsa. I normally use LORAN for navigation but it was not working properly on return trip so I used mht VOR.
