Narrative:
Captain pulled overspd warning horn circuit breaker and deliberately took mdt aircraft to 250 KIAS (242 KIAS vmo). Captain ignored my call at 243 KIAS, continued to accelerate, held steady at 250 KTS for more than 2 mins. When questioned about what he was doing, said he wanted to see if air carrier flight ahead was observing 250 KIAS speed limit below 10000 ft. Air carrier wasn't, but my captain would not slow down until I became agitated. Please don't put this out in a feedback report, I work for a small 121 carrier. I've already had major problems for putting a captain who did not use the checklist up to alpa pro standards panel, albeit with no results other than my discomfort. On a personal level, I like the guys, but company has some real air discipline problems with some senior to medium senior capts.

Title: DELIBERATE SPD DEV ON DSCNT FOR LNDG.
Narrative: CAPT PULLED OVERSPD WARNING HORN CIRCUIT BREAKER AND DELIBERATELY TOOK MDT ACFT TO 250 KIAS (242 KIAS VMO). CAPT IGNORED MY CALL AT 243 KIAS, CONTINUED TO ACCELERATE, HELD STEADY AT 250 KTS FOR MORE THAN 2 MINS. WHEN QUESTIONED ABOUT WHAT HE WAS DOING, SAID HE WANTED TO SEE IF ACR FLT AHEAD WAS OBSERVING 250 KIAS SPD LIMIT BELOW 10000 FT. ACR WASN'T, BUT MY CAPT WOULD NOT SLOW DOWN UNTIL I BECAME AGITATED. PLEASE DON'T PUT THIS OUT IN A FEEDBACK RPT, I WORK FOR A SMALL 121 CARRIER. I'VE ALREADY HAD MAJOR PROBS FOR PUTTING A CAPT WHO DID NOT USE THE CHKLIST UP TO ALPA PRO STANDARDS PANEL, ALBEIT WITH NO RESULTS OTHER THAN MY DISCOMFORT. ON A PERSONAL LEVEL, I LIKE THE GUYS, BUT COMPANY HAS SOME REAL AIR DISCIPLINE PROBS WITH SOME SENIOR TO MEDIUM SENIOR CAPTS.
