Narrative:
On south flow at hou, runway 22 is a designated departure runway. Unfortunately, runway 12L and runway 17 are closed for construction. This leads to possible errors at normal headings for departure aircraft. Departures now conflict with aircraft inbound for runway 22. Since we don't normally land on runway 22, when one gets busy, habits take over. Today, that happened and an medium large transport off runway 12R had to be turned to avoid an mdt inbound that would not normally be there. Too much construction!

Title: MLG DEP HAD LTSS FROM LTT ON APCH. SYS ERROR.
Narrative: ON S FLOW AT HOU, RWY 22 IS A DESIGNATED DEP RWY. UNFORTUNATELY, RWY 12L AND RWY 17 ARE CLOSED FOR CONSTRUCTION. THIS LEADS TO POSSIBLE ERRORS AT NORMAL HDGS FOR DEP ACFT. DEPS NOW CONFLICT WITH ACFT INBOUND FOR RWY 22. SINCE WE DON'T NORMALLY LAND ON RWY 22, WHEN ONE GETS BUSY, HABITS TAKE OVER. TODAY, THAT HAPPENED AND AN MLG OFF RWY 12R HAD TO BE TURNED TO AVOID AN MDT INBOUND THAT WOULD NOT NORMALLY BE THERE. TOO MUCH CONSTRUCTION!
