Narrative:

TCASII does not know aircraft assigned altitudes. Our TCASII issued a climb RA to avoid aircraft below/behind us which would have resulted in a conflict with aircraft above, and opposite direction to our aircraft. We simply turned away from both aircraft to avoid further TCASII advisories (traffic conflicts). Approach was very busy and got behind when aircraft began turns to avoid each other.

Title: AN ARRIVING ACR IN LEVEL FLT RECEIVES A TCASII RA ON TFC BELOW AND BEGINS CLB ONLY TO GET AN RA ON AN ACFT ABOVE.

Narrative: TCASII DOES NOT KNOW ACFT ASSIGNED ALTS. OUR TCASII ISSUED A CLB RA TO AVOID ACFT BELOW/BEHIND US WHICH WOULD HAVE RESULTED IN A CONFLICT WITH ACFT ABOVE, AND OPPOSITE DIRECTION TO OUR ACFT. WE SIMPLY TURNED AWAY FROM BOTH ACFT TO AVOID FURTHER TCASII ADVISORIES (TFC CONFLICTS). APCH WAS VERY BUSY AND GOT BEHIND WHEN ACFT BEGAN TURNS TO AVOID EACH OTHER.
