Narrative:
I missed a change to our routing on the pre-departure clearance. Hence, we were planning on flying our filed route. On departure when we requested direct to a point on our filed route, departure control asked our routing, and then cleared us direct to a point on our cleared route and then gave us our cleared route. We realized our mistake and informed center that we missed the clearance change.

Title: CLRNC INTERP PROB WITH PREDEP CLRNC WITH CLRNC AMENDED RTE CHANGE.
Narrative: I MISSED A CHANGE TO OUR ROUTING ON THE PRE-DEP CLRNC. HENCE, WE WERE PLANNING ON FLYING OUR FILED RTE. ON DEP WHEN WE REQUESTED DIRECT TO A POINT ON OUR FILED RTE, DEP CTL ASKED OUR ROUTING, AND THEN CLRED US DIRECT TO A POINT ON OUR CLRED RTE AND THEN GAVE US OUR CLRED RTE. WE REALIZED OUR MISTAKE AND INFORMED CTR THAT WE MISSED THE CLRNC CHANGE.
