Narrative:

At about XA45 am frequency 119.2 was reported 'fixed' and usable. Ewr departure came off of 126.7 and went to 119.2. Sat departure opened on 126.7. At XB45, 119.2 failed, resulting in numerous airspace deviations and a possible 'deal.' satellite departure was closed and ewr departure went to 126.7. Departures were stopped about 5-10 mins. It's only a matter of time.

Narrative: AT ABOUT XA45 AM FREQ 119.2 WAS RPTED 'FIXED' AND USABLE. EWR DEP CAME OFF OF 126.7 AND WENT TO 119.2. SAT DEP OPENED ON 126.7. AT XB45, 119.2 FAILED, RESULTING IN NUMEROUS AIRSPACE DEVS AND A POSSIBLE 'DEAL.' SATELLITE DEP WAS CLOSED AND EWR DEP WENT TO 126.7. DEPS WERE STOPPED ABOUT 5-10 MINS. IT'S ONLY A MATTER OF TIME.
