Narrative:
Upon landing construction workers and vehicles located on runway berm. No advisory of activity was received from acting army advisory radio. Workers had no radio communications and made no attempt to evacuate/evacuation runway area.

Narrative: UPON LNDG CONSTRUCTION WORKERS AND VEHICLES LOCATED ON RWY BERM. NO ADVISORY OF ACTIVITY WAS RECEIVED FROM ACTING ARMY ADVISORY RADIO. WORKERS HAD NO RADIO COMS AND MADE NO ATTEMPT TO EVAC RWY AREA.
