Narrative:

After landing on runway 6 at bdr. First officer was flying. After touchdown and rollout, we decided to exit active runway at intersection of 6/29. Tower was closed with pilot controled lighting. Upon reaching the intersection, we started a left turn. There was no light, runway light at the corner of 6/29. After initiating the turn the left main gear rolled off runway into soft terrain and stopped aircraft. No damage to aircraft, no injuries to passenger or crew. Pulled out aircraft with tug with maintenance. I believe a light at that intersection is necessary to identify runway boundary. Supplemental information from acn 243328: there was moderate rain/lighting and the ground was obviously wet which hindered our night vision. After landing, I stopped the airplane on runway 6 and told my captain I couldn't see any txwys or runway 29. My captain and myself looked at the area where this happened and there are no intersection lights at all which makes it impossible to see at night. These runway lights are brand new and were just recently signed off by the FAA as ok.
