Narrative:
On approach to fll, a TCASII resolution at 1800 ft, we pulled up to 3000 ft and were in clouds and made a go around. We were never warned of any aircraft in front of us. Immediately after telling ATC we were going around, controller said radar is out, but there is traffic out there at 1500 ft. I would hope this situation is looked into so as not to happen again.
