Narrative:

Aircraft spoiler light came on. Captain moved flaps without telling me. Aircraft started to sink. I asked what was going on. I then saw him moving the flaps. The flap asymmetry light then came on. We executed missed approach, used proper procedures and landed with 20 degrees flaps vice 30 degrees. Cvg tower was super except on landing roll, they asked us to hold short of a taxiway, while we were doing an abnormal landing. I think the controller got our call signs mixed up with an aircraft that was taxiing. All worked out fine, but it's probably not a great idea to talk to aircraft during landing roll unless really necessary.
