Narrative:
After cargo was loaded at mco, 'main cargo' annunciator light would not extinguish. We referred to company MEL, found that door light could be deferred if door visually inspected and determined to be closed and locked. We called company maintenance. They gave us a deferral number. Departed mco for cvg. Passing 15000 ft MSL, we heard 2 loud 'pops' and cabin pressure was lost. Returned to mco without incident. Company mechanic later worked on aircraft and we ferried unpressurized to mia for repairs.
