Narrative:
While operating an aircraft in special use airspace (lake placid MOA) NOTAM'ed in use during high performance maneuvers of my aircraft (civil fgt) other traffic in or near the boundaries of the MOA fail to maintain an appropriate traffic watch. This report is more to call attention to a rather common occurrence while operating in special use airspace. VFR and IFR traffic typically go through this area with their heads in the cockpit. Stay out or stay heads up!
