Narrative:
Being vectored for ILS 32, captain was flying. I had pit VOR tuned for DME. After localizer capture, captain commented her flight director was not working properly. I said we are high for our close proximity to the field. At that time I told her our distance to the airport. At that time captain realized she was high and tried to correct. At approximately 1/2 - 3/4 mi from approach end, captain asked my opinion. I said 'no way, too high.' captain continued toward runway. I called 'missed approach,' she said thank you. Accomplished missed approach instructions. Was then vectored for runway 28R ILS. Upon being cleared for approach, captain flew through localizer and commenced a 30 degree turn in wrong direction. I called right of course. At same time, approach gave us a corrected heading for a visual. At approximately 3 mi saw field, landed visually without further incident. In retrospect things seemed to happen at an accelerated pace. I could see that by me trying to talk her through along with ATC chatter would have been more confusing for her. Would consider taking aircraft.

Title: LNDG PROC OVERSHOT ON ALT AND LATER ON HDG TRACK DEV AFTER MISSED APCH ON FIRST TRY.
Narrative: BEING VECTORED FOR ILS 32, CAPT WAS FLYING. I HAD PIT VOR TUNED FOR DME. AFTER LOC CAPTURE, CAPT COMMENTED HER FLT DIRECTOR WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. I SAID WE ARE HIGH FOR OUR CLOSE PROX TO THE FIELD. AT THAT TIME I TOLD HER OUR DISTANCE TO THE ARPT. AT THAT TIME CAPT REALIZED SHE WAS HIGH AND TRIED TO CORRECT. AT APPROX 1/2 - 3/4 MI FROM APCH END, CAPT ASKED MY OPINION. I SAID 'NO WAY, TOO HIGH.' CAPT CONTINUED TOWARD RWY. I CALLED 'MISSED APCH,' SHE SAID THANK YOU. ACCOMPLISHED MISSED APCH INSTRUCTIONS. WAS THEN VECTORED FOR RWY 28R ILS. UPON BEING CLRED FOR APCH, CAPT FLEW THROUGH LOC AND COMMENCED A 30 DEG TURN IN WRONG DIRECTION. I CALLED R OF COURSE. AT SAME TIME, APCH GAVE US A CORRECTED HDG FOR A VISUAL. AT APPROX 3 MI SAW FIELD, LANDED VISUALLY WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. IN RETROSPECT THINGS SEEMED TO HAPPEN AT AN ACCELERATED PACE. I COULD SEE THAT BY ME TRYING TO TALK HER THROUGH ALONG WITH ATC CHATTER WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE CONFUSING FOR HER. WOULD CONSIDER TAKING ACFT.
