Narrative:
Clearance was given to cross bronc intersection at 11000 ft and 250 KTS. 11000 ft was placed in the altitude window and placed as a restriction next to bronc intersection in mcdu. I then selected the approach to be accomplished (ILS DME 27 bos). I verified all of the approach data but forgot to go back and check the crossing restriction at bronc. This foreign made medium large transport dumps all restrictions if placed in prior to selecting the approach. We ended up crossing bronc at approximately 15000 ft. We both got busy with approach checks, etc, and didn't catch the problem. Computers are great, eh?
