Narrative:
An airplane pilot complained about my takeoff which he thinks I did overfly his aircraft during takeoff taxiway 18 in small aircraft helicopter. I believe that my takeoff is safe enough and I did not do anything wrong. However, to inform what exactly happened, I submit this form. I and CFI helicopter were ready for takeoff and saw the airplane was on the south of taxiway, so I made a radio call to depart sbound and made a takeoff to clear the right side of airplane well enough and also I made sure we had enough altitude too, when we passed by him with banking right and climbed. The horizontal distance from the airplane was at least 70-100 ft and we flew to the west of the south pads. As far as I am concerned my takeoff was safe enough and I did not threaten the airplane either. After takeoff, the airplane pilot called us and said like 'if you do it again, I will break your bone.' so that my instructor answered for it and apologized to him, because he was mad.

Title: A FOREIGN HELI PLT OVERFLEW ANOTHER ACFT ON TKOF.
Narrative: AN AIRPLANE PLT COMPLAINED ABOUT MY TKOF WHICH HE THINKS I DID OVERFLY HIS ACFT DURING TKOF TXWY 18 IN SMA HELI. I BELIEVE THAT MY TKOF IS SAFE ENOUGH AND I DID NOT DO ANYTHING WRONG. HOWEVER, TO INFORM WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENED, I SUBMIT THIS FORM. I AND CFI HELI WERE READY FOR TKOF AND SAW THE AIRPLANE WAS ON THE S OF TXWY, SO I MADE A RADIO CALL TO DEPART SBOUND AND MADE A TKOF TO CLR THE R SIDE OF AIRPLANE WELL ENOUGH AND ALSO I MADE SURE WE HAD ENOUGH ALT TOO, WHEN WE PASSED BY HIM WITH BANKING R AND CLBED. THE HORIZ DISTANCE FROM THE AIRPLANE WAS AT LEAST 70-100 FT AND WE FLEW TO THE W OF THE S PADS. AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED MY TKOF WAS SAFE ENOUGH AND I DID NOT THREATEN THE AIRPLANE EITHER. AFTER TKOF, THE AIRPLANE PLT CALLED US AND SAID LIKE 'IF YOU DO IT AGAIN, I WILL BREAK YOUR BONE.' SO THAT MY INSTRUCTOR ANSWERED FOR IT AND APOLOGIZED TO HIM, BECAUSE HE WAS MAD.
