With a fully operational TCASII, many VFR targets that we knew to be mode C equipped did not show up on TCASII, and we thought we would point this out, as confidence in TCASII is an important element.

Narrative: WITH A FULLY OPERATIONAL TCASII, MANY VFR TARGETS THAT WE KNEW TO BE MODE C EQUIPPED DID NOT SHOW UP ON TCASII, AND WE THOUGHT WE WOULD POINT THIS OUT, AS CONFIDENCE IN TCASII IS AN IMPORTANT ELEMENT.
