Narrative:
Our primary radar stopped at XX04Z. After about 5 mins we got cenrap on line. Rumor has it that 4 radar technicians were at the site when it stopped spinning. They think they may have shorted out the power supply. Further, they don't think spare parts are immediately available.

Narrative: OUR PRIMARY RADAR STOPPED AT XX04Z. AFTER ABOUT 5 MINS WE GOT CENRAP ON LINE. RUMOR HAS IT THAT 4 RADAR TECHNICIANS WERE AT THE SITE WHEN IT STOPPED SPINNING. THEY THINK THEY MAY HAVE SHORTED OUT THE PWR SUPPLY. FURTHER, THEY DON'T THINK SPARE PARTS ARE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE.
