Narrative:

As instructor pilot, I was conducting an initial operating experience. On this approach, we were cleared visually to runway 23. At 500 ft called speed as being 5 KTS slow. Aircraft accelerated slightly at 200 ft. Called 7 KTS slow. Captain said looked normal. Just after 50 ft, right airspeed indicator showed 10 KTS slow. I called for go around, thrust applied, wheels touched, go around continued and went around to land on south runway. Left airspeed indicated normal, but right was still slow on next approach. Aircraft discrepancy noted in log.
