Narrative:
Attached is a NOTAM concerning a temporary flight restr. This was issued over 2 yrs ago by the military but is not disseminated to the flying public. It is not shown on the appropriate charts (sectional, new york. It would be located within R4101). Numerous aircraft must be vectored away, some go through it before they are seen. The responsibility of informing the flying public of this 'flight restr' is ATC.

Title: NOTAM ON TEMPORARY FLT RESTR AIRSPACE HAS BEEN IN EFFECT FOR OVER 2 YRS, BUT NOT SHOWN ON CHARTS.
Narrative: ATTACHED IS A NOTAM CONCERNING A TEMPORARY FLT RESTR. THIS WAS ISSUED OVER 2 YRS AGO BY THE MIL BUT IS NOT DISSEMINATED TO THE FLYING PUBLIC. IT IS NOT SHOWN ON THE APPROPRIATE CHARTS (SECTIONAL, NEW YORK. IT WOULD BE LOCATED WITHIN R4101). NUMEROUS ACFT MUST BE VECTORED AWAY, SOME GO THROUGH IT BEFORE THEY ARE SEEN. THE RESPONSIBILITY OF INFORMING THE FLYING PUBLIC OF THIS 'FLT RESTR' IS ATC.
