Narrative:

I was tracking the paradise 70 degree radial 'to' and in my second VOR receiver I had the pomona 10 degree radial. When it centered I turned to 350 degrees to miss the los angeles arsa. After looking at my charts, the course I took is correct, the only thing I can think of is that the VOR did not receive the signal correctly as I was relying on the VOR for my navigation. If indeed I did violate the arsa or los angeles TCA, was tracking another target other than me. When I contacted joshua approach, they told me to call los angeles approach and I was informed that they thought I violated the TCA.
