Narrative:
During simultaneous parallel approachs to runway 5L at rdu we spotted visually an inbound aircraft turning hard to intercept the runway 5R ILS. This aircraft was belly-up to us and at our 2:30 - 3 O'clock position, so we deviated left and descended slightly. We simultaneously had an RA on the TCASII and as we both descended on the ILS we had 3-4 more RA's down final. These runways are extremely close together. IMC would be scary.
