Narrative:
On landing, we were caught by gust/crosswind. Aircraft skidded right. Student corrected, then when brakes were applied, aircraft slid on grass. As we were braking, student applied power. I kept my eyes outside and could not see throttle lever being moved, but I heard engine RPM's increase. I called for immediate reduction in power -- 'power off' but it was too late as we slid into fence. We stopped on the fence and I shut down engine, fuel selector masted and immediately exited aircraft after checking student was ok. Then I looked for smoke and fuel leaks on aircraft and then the police came.
