Narrative:
Air carrier X was heading 090 degrees at 2000 ft. Traffic was exchanged on a discrete military transponder code. The altitude read 1500 and level. The pilot of air carrier X said he had an RA from TCASII. Air carrier X climbed to 2300. The air carrier X pilot reported the traffic in sight after the climb. Traffic was medium. No system error or deviation happened. The controller exchanged traffic and had air carrier X clear of svn.
