Narrative:
The incident occurred on a scheduled flight from lit-sgf. The flight was uneventful until arriving in the air traffic area at sgf, mo. Upon clearance to land on runway 14, tower was talking to another airplane giving instructions to land behind us on runway 14. On rollout of runway 14 sgf, as we started a turn onto taxiway north, we saw an small aircraft pass to our left on runway 2 (a closed runway). There was only 5-10 seconds between when he must have landed and when our aircraft went through the intersection of runway 2 and runway 14. What appears to have happened is the small aircraft was cleared to land on runway 14 behind us but instead landed on a closed runway (2) that could have caused a serious accident.
