Narrative:
TCASII encounter -- while in cruise at FL250 we received a TCASII alert to climb (2000 FPM). Climb was initiated. Alert continued until we reached FL260. At FL255, the TCASII indicator said the other aircraft was 700 ft below us. ATC was notified. ATC and other aircraft stated that other aircraft had remained at FL240.

Title: MLG HAS TCASII RA. CLBS.
Narrative: TCASII ENCOUNTER -- WHILE IN CRUISE AT FL250 WE RECEIVED A TCASII ALERT TO CLB (2000 FPM). CLB WAS INITIATED. ALERT CONTINUED UNTIL WE REACHED FL260. AT FL255, THE TCASII INDICATOR SAID THE OTHER ACFT WAS 700 FT BELOW US. ATC WAS NOTIFIED. ATC AND OTHER ACFT STATED THAT OTHER ACFT HAD REMAINED AT FL240.
