Narrative:
While flying a CAT ii ILS approach to runway 17L at dfw, we encountered heavy rain, lightning, turbulence, and wind shear. I initiated a go around using full power at approximately 900 ft. Due to the windshear we were pushed below glide path with full maximum power. When we finally passed through the storm we were unable to hold any given altitude. Missed approach altitude was 3300 ft. We initially went below that and then climbed through the storm to 6000 ft. Diverted to dallas love field.
