Narrative:
TCASII gave TA then RA. We followed RA and climbed to 8500 ft. Target leveled at 7000 ft. We advised ATC. When clear of conflict we returned to 8000 ft. We had not received an acknowledgement from ATC, so we advised him again. He had not heard our first call.

Narrative: TCASII GAVE TA THEN RA. WE FOLLOWED RA AND CLBED TO 8500 FT. TARGET LEVELED AT 7000 FT. WE ADVISED ATC. WHEN CLR OF CONFLICT WE RETURNED TO 8000 FT. WE HAD NOT RECEIVED AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM ATC, SO WE ADVISED HIM AGAIN. HE HAD NOT HEARD OUR FIRST CALL.
