Narrative:
While taxiing, left engine failed. Sailing techniques were used to secure the aircraft (this aircraft is a multi engine seaplane). The aircraft was anchored and passenger were disembarked safely to shore with the use of a boat.

Narrative: WHILE TAXIING, L ENG FAILED. SAILING TECHNIQUES WERE USED TO SECURE THE ACFT (THIS ACFT IS A MULTI ENG SEAPLANE). THE ACFT WAS ANCHORED AND PAX WERE DISEMBARKED SAFELY TO SHORE WITH THE USE OF A BOAT.
