Narrative:
Departing ont using prado 3 SID. Ont departure idented VFR traffic at 2 O'clock and mentioned we were above a 4000 ft restr on the departure. First we ensured the VFR traffic was no factor. It was several mi away. Our TCASII equipped aircraft sounded no alerts associated with the VFR aircraft. Once we were sure no traffic conflict was a problem we continued our climb to 7000 ft.
