Narrative:

While on VFR advisories training at 7500 approach advise 2 ship of fgts cleared down to 8000 ft eastbound. Contact both aircraft at 11 O'clock, second aircraft went below assigned altitude of 8000 ft. Had to dive to avoid aircraft. Fgt made slight turn onto our flight path and took no action to avoid. On a scale of 1-10, I would call this a 7.5 hazard.

Title: INSTRUCTOR WITH SPI HAS NMAC WITH MIL FGT DSNDING BELOW ASSIGNED ALT.

Narrative: WHILE ON VFR ADVISORIES TRAINING AT 7500 APCH ADVISE 2 SHIP OF FGTS CLRED DOWN TO 8000 FT EBOUND. CONTACT BOTH ACFT AT 11 O'CLOCK, SECOND ACFT WENT BELOW ASSIGNED ALT OF 8000 FT. HAD TO DIVE TO AVOID ACFT. FGT MADE SLIGHT TURN ONTO OUR FLT PATH AND TOOK NO ACTION TO AVOID. ON A SCALE OF 1-10, I WOULD CALL THIS A 7.5 HAZARD.
