Narrative:

Mlt X at FL350 acknowledged a frequency change on 133.45. I received his xmissions on both sites (ewb and qya). One of the sites appeared to have a half second delay causing his response to be slightly garbled. This has happened in the past. Position, type of aircraft, and altitudes do not seem to make a difference. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it does not. Position at time of occurrence: bos 067 degree. -- 103 mi at FL350.
